The Roatan Chocolate Factory
During your tour, you’ll be stopping at the famous Roatan Chocolate Factory, where you’ll be treated to 100% pure, organic, and natural chocolate. They are a local, small-scale chocolate company that creates some of the finest chocolate that you’ll ever taste, and they can prove it! In 2015 a panel of judges at the Salon Du Chocolat in Paris recognized Honduran cacao as the best in Central America and the Caribbean! They use their success to give back to the local indigenous communities as well as protect the rainforest where their cocoa is grown.
The Roatan Rum (& Cake) Company
Another one of your stops will take you down the road to the Roatan Rum Company, located between West End and West Bay. Once there, you’ll get to enjoy free samples of their artisan rums and cakes while enjoying one of the most spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea! Their delicious array of rums and rum cakes will have you coming back for seconds and thirds.
While you’re there, don’t forget to check out the Roatan lighthouse, “El Faro,” that sits just across the street!

- Your tour will range between 2 to 3 hours long.
- There is a minimum requirement of 2 people to book with us.
- Our price is $30 per person
- This price includes the cost of transportation around the island
- For groups of 7 or more, the price is lowered to only $25 per person
- You can also add on other fun activities like:
- The Daniel Johnson Sloth & Monkey Hangout, where you’ll get to interact with the animals hands-on, for an additional $15 per person
- The Zipline-Dip Tour through the jungle for an additional $45 per person
